Brenda’s Massage

I am a certified massage therapist, a certified Yogafit instructor and a
recreational runner.  My goal is to assist you in restoring your body, mind and
spirit to a new level of health.

My holistic approach to life with good nutrition, regular exercise, adequate sleep
and regular body work will lend a hand in bringing your body into balance.  You
will feel relaxed, refreshed and healthy.
I'm going to be taking a course this spring on CranioSacral Therapy.  It is a gentle,
hands-on approach that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and
dysfunction and improves whole-body health and performance.  

Conditions that will aid from this work are as follows: Migraines and Headaches,
Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Stress and Tension-Related Disorders,
Motor-Coordination Impairments, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Chronic Fatigue,
