Realizing that I was a strong empath many years ago, I started to learn how energy works in the body. I began my journey by going to Healing Hands classes from Healing Beyond Borders Educating & Certifying the Healing Touch in 2020 – 2022. I also became a Usui System of Reiki Master in 2021. 

My passion to help people will never stop. I went on to being certified in Relaxation Massage in 2023 graduating from Northwest Health Science University. The body is remarkable and there is no better feeling than helping someone. I will continue my education and take classes to learn the many ways in which we can heal the body.

What is Healing Hands/Reiki?
First, we will go over what your goals are for your session and discuss what’s going on? How are you? Mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.

The client remains clothed on the table. Resting comfortably. Before I start channeling, I will ask you if I can connect to your energy. I may use a drum and/or sound bowls during your session. I usually place crystals or stones around you as well. Some people experience during a session different thoughts, tingling sensations, heat or cool. You may become emotional at times which means an emotional energetic block is being released. Your personal experience will vary, or you may not feel anything. Your body is doing what it needs to do, I am just holding space for you. Energy goes to where it needs to go to serve your highest good in the moment. After the session we can discuss any experiences you may have or questions. I will also share anything that I experienced during the session as well.

What are the benefits?
Helps with relief from stress, anxiety and depression, pain relief. Energy work also fills our energetic tanks. It helps to facilitate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. It helps bring a deep sense of peace and calmness to one’s own mind, body and spirit. It can help strengthen your energetic field, aid in healing from various ailments, deepening your connection to self, promoting self-love and acceptance, and connecting you with a deeper sense of your innate purpose here on earth. You may be tired after a session and extremely relaxed.
