Caring for and appreciating the uniqueness of others has always been at the core of who I am. I have worked in the massage and skincare field for over 26 years, and my passion for providing intentionally tailored and compassionate care has grown with each year.

I was based in Nashville for the majority of my career. As Ara Skin and Bodywork, I have had the pleasure of working in many diverse environments. From medical environments to luxury day spas, working with college and professional athletes, and private in-home clientele, I have been blessed to meet so many amazing people.

Ara is Swedish for “to honor”. That is what I do. I want to honor and nurture each individual person, their needs, goals, and story with the care and service that I provide.

Each time you come in, your session, whether massage or skincare will be customized to your specific needs. Every massage and facial starts with listening, and is a combination of all that I have learned in the classroom and through my work over the years. My approach to skincare is to provide the most benefit and impact, while improving the health and appearance of your skin as we work towards reaching your skincare goals. Using formulas that are part science + part nature, every facial is custom blended and unique to you.
