Karen was born and raised in Goodhue, but started her career in Massage Therapy in The Tetons near Jackson Hole. As a farm kid, she has always had a fascination with animals, nature, wildlife and outdoor rec. Through these interests and hobbies she has found healing, compassion, and a love for sharing that with others through massage and bodywork.

Massage has brought Karen to so many beautiful people and places. Each session has given her an opportunity to listen and learn, blending modalities to best serve the individual. In each session she strives to find balance with relaxation, luxury, progress and specific deep tissue needs.

In 2017 Karen completed her massage schooling in Rexburg Idaho, and has since pursued continuing education in hot stone, cupping, gua sha, and table Thai massage.
