Restorative Yoga

Invest in yourself. Relax. Release. Restore.  This is a gentle practice, ideal for everyone. It utilizes props, such as blankets, straps, blocks, and bolsters. Postures occur lying on the mat to allow muscles to reset, your mind to recharge, and your heart, breath, and spirit to find its healthy balance.
