Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s stress-reduction series.
This six-week series is for those who wish to transcend their limitations and go towards greater levels of health and wellbeing through the practice of mindfulness. The series will include resources to assist participants in developing a daily mindfulness practice. Other teachings from Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jack Kornfield, and others will be included. No experience necessary.
